We’re at Torrey Pines, just about 30 minutes away from me, for what may be the biggest tournament of the year – The US Open! We’ve already seen Torrey this year for the Farmers Insurance Open, won by Patrick Reed with Viktor Hovland as runner-up. Now, there are some differences between now and then. The […]
I’m back for an exciting tournament here outside of Columbus, Ohio, where the field is quite strong. Last year we had a unique situation where the Workday Charity Open won by Collin Morikawa and The Memorial Tournament won by Jon Rahm were contested back-to-back weeks here at Muirfield Village, albeit under different conditions. All in […]
Sorry for the break everyone! I’ve been super busy with personal stuff and finally have some time to dive back into PGA DFS for a major week. This year’s PGA Championship is being contested at Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course, an absolute beast of a course that measures 7,876 yards, the longest ever for a major. […]
Webb absolutely crushes here, winning last year after racking up three top 16s in the three years prior. He's coming in with solid form, so he's a core play here. Cantlay is due to rebound here and like Webb, loves this course - 3rd, 7th, 3rd in three tries.
Well folks, we’ve arrived. The first major of the year is upon us! The Masters is one of my favorite events of the year, and always interesting from a fantasy perspective. A top 20-ranked player usually wins, which was true even when dark horse Danny Willett won a few years ago – he was ranked […]
After a bit of a hiatus due to the Honda Classic being trash, Match Play being a variance and strategy-based clown fiesta, and the Corales being even more trash than Honda, we’re back. Sure, this field isn’t great either, but we’re getting geared up for The Masters! TPC San Antonio is no joke and that […]
The PLAYERS is one of the biggest tournaments of the year - definitely the biggest non-major - and boasts what could be the strongest field of any event this year. That means we have some soft pricing for PGA DFS - you can fit in 6 guys who normally would come in well over the salary cap. You can use this in a few ways, either by jamming in a bunch of mid-elite players like Tommy Fleetwood, Matthew Fitzpatrick, and Hideki Matsuyama to make balanced lineups, or take some more shares of studs like DJ and Rahm knowing that you can find big values further down the board that still have solid game.
Hello! We’re back with a somewhat smaller field this week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. This is always a fun event to celebrate one of golf’s legendary figures, and features a decently strong field. Although only Rory and Bryson are here from the true big dogs, there is a solid next tier […]
With a deep field of talent, this should be a great tournament from start to finish! As opposed to the birdie-fests we often see on Tour, this event is a bit tougher, with winning scores coming in around -10. Without true hazards on the course, it's a testament to how tough it is that the scores aren't super low.
Hey hey! Somehow came out with just a minor loss last week despite having zero lineups with Patrick Reed and way too much Russell Knox, so I’ll take it. EURO was a bit of a mess with Olesen WD after lock but prior to his tee time, which really threw a wrench into things. This […]
